Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we would be happy to return or exchange your order within 90 days of purchase.

On the packing slip received with your order, please write the reason for return. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with the item. Return to the address in the upper left corner of the packing slip. Please indicate if you prefer to receive a credit, refund or exchange the item.

If the original purchase was paid by VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover or American Express, that account will be credited upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow two billing statements for the credit to appear.

To Report a Damaged Item
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email us at [email protected] or call Customer Service at 1-866-746-6453. A representative will instruct you about returning the item.

Corrections of Errors and Inaccuracies
The information on the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it.

Warranty / Returns for Product Merchandise
All merchandise is guaranteed for workmanship and quality for 90 days from date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, please return the item. Send your return via prepaid and insured UPS. CODs cannot be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you have any questions please contact us by using the contact form here.
